چکیده
The environmental pollution crisis has infiltrated all aspects of life, making it hard to avoid the hazards. To address this, is essential recycle industrial waste through green concrete technology, such as ground-granulated blast furnace slag (S), silica fume, and fly ash (FA). In this study, effect nano-alumina (NA) on fresh hardened stag and/or slag-based alkali-activated self-compacting (A-ASCC) cured in an ambient environment was investigated. Three different types binders were used: 100% slag, 50% ash, ash. Four ratios (0%, 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%) used partial replacements for binder materials. characteristics A-ASCC evaluated by indicating slump flow, T50 value, V-funnel, L-Box tests. mechanical properties measuring compressive strength, flexural tensile splitting strength test values assess qualities state. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) also clarify microstructure specimens. Regardless materials used, addition NA a negative state performance. performance significantly improved incorporation NA. with showed better than other However, highest strengths achieved 1% FA, maximum 1.5% Furthermore, using increases setting time may be produce environment.

Ultra High Performance Self Compacting Concrete
Experiences in the development of Ultra High Performance Concrete found a very high flowability in concrete with low water powder ratio. Because of the high viscosity of the cement paste, compaction was necessary. To improve the compaction characteristics of the concrete the idea of adding coarse aggregate was developed. The first tests showed a good workability of the fresh concrete and a good...
متن کاملComparison of the Performance of Self Compacting Concrete
Self-Compacting Concrete Originally developed in Japan, SCC technology was made possible by the much earlier development of Superplasticisers for concrete. To compare the performance of SCC with Fly Ash 20%, Silica Fume 10%, Rice Husk Ash (5%, 10%, and 15%) as a partial replacement of cement, due to the high increase in construction which has brought a heavy demand for ingredients of concrete s...
